Capacity building exsisting clubs

Time – 9.00am to 4.30pm

                The youth group was responsible for the program from planning to completion and the following organizations participated in it.

  1. Uragaha Leo Club
  2. Uragaha Lions Club
  3. Youth Club Elpitiya
  4. Fath Finder Youth Club
  5.  Youth Club Karandeniya
  6. Nawamini Youth Society
  7. Sesatha

Most of the people involved in the program were young people and government officials also participated to make the program successful. The program was conducted on the following topics according to their own ideas while planning the program.

  1. Project implementation
  2. Leadership
  3. Time management
  4. Team building
  5. Club Registrations

The program was conducted in a very enthusiastic manner and there was a mutual connection between all the participating organizations. As a sustainable approach here Building a network of organizations to further project work through the connections made through this program and Receiving suggestions and resources for the project to carry out future program requirements.
